As the whole owner, you are the only registered owner or lessee of the aircraft.  Utilize a management company such as NIFC to assit in identifying, acquiring, and operating the fight aircraft or use your own in-house flight department consisting of dispatchers, pilots, mechanics, and maintenance equipment, or a cafeteria style combination of each.  (i.e. use a management company for some services and in house staff for others.  Typical example is to have an in house crew and a management company to provide for training, fuel , maintenance, storage, flight operations, etc.)  For high hourly use (200-250+ hours per year) or use that demands personalized instant access, whole ownership is the right choice.  Integrate the total or targeted use of a management company to capitalize on economy of scale and cost savings options and you have a winning combination.
